Client portal only: if you are a client and sign in to the client portal (pages under /portal/), we set one strictly necessary cookie, mm_portal, that keeps you signed in and protects forms from misuse. It contains a random session ID, is only sent to our own site over HTTPS, is not used for tracking, and is deleted when you close your browser or sign out. Because it is essential to the service you asked for, it does not require consent.
Our fonts, images and scripts are all served from our own domain, so loading the Site does not send your information to third-party font, analytics or advertising networks.
Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary, technical mechanisms (for example to protect against attacks or balance traffic). These are essential to delivering the Site and do not track you for marketing.
Third-party content
The public pages of the Site do not embed third-party content. Inside the client portal, videos we share with you through Vimeo play in Vimeo's player, loaded from vimeo.com in "do not track" mode, which tells Vimeo not to set tracking or analytics cookies. Vimeo may still use cookies that are strictly necessary for playback and receives your IP address to stream the video, as described in Vimeo's privacy policy. If we embed other third-party content in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. The public Site works the same way whatever you choose; the client portal needs its sign-in cookie to keep you logged in.
